After a year of swimming, I have finally decided to take it to the next level with a Duathlon sprint! Swimming is honestly one of my favorite things. It is just you and the water 🙂 So excited to push some limits and see what my body can do!
Amazing salad for summertime and for those Mondays when you feel like you need a minor detoxifying cleanse.
-TBS lemon juice
–> In a skillet, saute the zucchini(julienned) in a dash of oil. Add herbs and lemon juice and allow to cool fully before adding to the salad.
-1 cup of greek yogurt
-1/2 sliced cucumber
-1 TSP of fresh garlic
-1 TBSP of lime juice
–> combine in food processor
I topped my salad with feta cheese 🙂
