What’s for Breakfast? Antioxidant Juice and Scrambled Eggs
Check out this website! One of my favorites for workout ideas and recipes 🙂 Also this recipe is BOMB! Made it tonight and seriously could not have been easier to put together. Definitely a plus that it’s carb-less too!
Amazing salad for summertime and for those Mondays when you feel like you need a minor detoxifying cleanse.
-TBS lemon juice
–> In a skillet, saute the zucchini(julienned) in a dash of oil. Add herbs and lemon juice and allow to cool fully before adding to the salad.
-1 cup of greek yogurt
-1/2 sliced cucumber
-1 TSP of fresh garlic
-1 TBSP of lime juice
–> combine in food processor
I topped my salad with feta cheese 🙂
What a beautiful day to start this fitness bloggin’! I hope everyone had the amazing June weather that I had here in Maryland. Not only was the weather perfect, I also got to enjoy the outdoors whilst exercising. Today was all about ME and doing what makes me smile, which is being outdoors in the sun!
- 2 mile run around the Harbor
- Outdoor yoga session with Charm City Yoga–>if you’ve never done outdoor yoga, it is AMAZING. There is nothing better than shavasana under the sun’s warm rays.

- 3 Mint leaves
- 4 Cucumber slices
- 2 Ice cubes
- Fill glass with water
