Screen shot 2014-06-29 at 5.20.03 PMWhat a beautiful day to start this fitness bloggin’!  I hope everyone had the amazing June weather that I had here in Maryland. Not only was the weather perfect, I also got to enjoy the outdoors whilst exercising. Today was all about ME and doing what makes me smile, which is being outdoors in the sun!

Sunday Workout:

  • 2 mile run around the Harbor
  • Outdoor yoga session with Charm City Yoga–>if you’ve never done outdoor yoga, it is AMAZING. There is nothing better than shavasana under the sun’s warm rays.

I spent the rest of the day soaking up the sun and staying hydrated with Cucumber Mint Water

Emily’s Original Recipe:

  • 3 Mint leaves
  • 4 Cucumber slices
  • 2 Ice cubes
  • Fill glass with water
