1. Handfull of blueberries

2. Handfull of blackberries


4. 1 cup coconut milk

4. 1 ice cube

5. 1 TBS of fiber

Lemon Zucchini Salad

Lemon Zucchini Salad

Amazing salad for summertime and for those Mondays when you feel like you need a minor detoxifying cleanse.


Zucchini Slaw
-TBS lemon juice
-TSP oregano
-TSP Cilantro

–> In a skillet, saute the zucchini(julienned) in a dash of oil. Add herbs and lemon juice and allow to cool fully before adding to the salad.

-TSP dill
-1 cup of greek yogurt
-1/2 sliced cucumber
-1 TSP of fresh garlic
-1 TBSP of lime juice

–> combine in food processor

I topped my salad with feta cheese ๐Ÿ™‚

Sunday Funday

Not only was the weather perfect, I also got to enjoy the outdoors whilst exercising. Today was all about ME and doing what makes me smile, which is being outdoors in the sun!

Sunday Workout:

  • 2 mile run around the Harbor
  • Outdoor yoga session with Charm City Yoga–>if you’ve never done outdoor yoga, it is AMAZING. There is nothing better than shavasana under the sun’s warm rays.

I spent the rest of the day soaking up the sun and staying hydrated withย Cucumber Mint Water

Emily’s Original Recipe:

  • 3 Mint leaves
  • 4 Cucumber slices
  • 2 Ice cubes
  • Fill glass with water
